About The Soweto Kota Festival.
GLM attended Media Day at The Soweto Theatre for the preparations of the first ever Soweto Kota Festival. At the meeting we accrued that a few celebrities will be attending this well-anticipated Kasi event, also expecting people from other provinces and nearby countries to take note. Mina Nawe Marketing director Nancy Austin mentioned that Kota is South Africa’s Maxi Burger. Collin Mkhize from Pioneer Foods added “There is no Kota without bread.” Food lover’s are well to feed their cravings with different Kotas, quench the thirst with drinks for young and old, and indulge to some good entertainment. They’ll be competitions running on both days. “Kid’s entertainment will be available as this event accommodates young and old,” said founder Sidwell. He concluded that children under the age of 12 do not pay.
