A healthy mind. Winter had us cuddled up and under our blankets and yes we gained a few or not so few kilos. However, spring is here and it’s time to kick those heavy blankets off and get ready for the sunshine! Now here are a few easy tricks to rev your metabolism, stretch and weigh less all summer long.
#Tip 1 Push-up position
Feet more than a shoulder-width apart, legs extended. Brace your core, then raise a weight in front of you to shoulder height, keeping your hips parallel to the floor.
#Tip 2 90-90
Lie on your left side with your hips, knees, ankles and shoulders aligned, extend both arms in front of you at shoulder height, palms joint together. Bring your knees up so they’re in line with your hips. This targets your chest and back.
#Tip 3 Tuck jump
Position your feet slightly more than shoulder-width apart and bend your knees. In one explosive movement jump as high as you can and bend your knees towards your chest. This is fun! Keep doing it.
