“My first album as an independent artist titled Sugar Daddy did not do well because I was on my own, couldn’t market it well.” He said
In 2013 He released a second album with his band Abangani Bakhe, titled SEBEBUYILE. That is when people started to recognized his music.

We want to beat the success of our last album. We have been focusing on our solo albums but do feature each other on other tracks. The track we did with Jaiva Zimnike ISIPHIWO SAM won the best collaboration on Amatshotsho maskandi awards.” he said
