Winter of all four seasons is my favourite. Ever felt how life changing it is when you step out of the shade into the sun in winter? If feels so good. I must admit, my bubble was burst when I found out how dangerous Mr Sun can be.
Growing up we were told you can’t sit on the winter sun because the witches overworked and are just making their way home, that’s how we kept away from the winter morning heater.
Looking at just a couple of dangers and tips to see us through winter ways, you will realise that it is quite important to prevent and apply these ways in order to make it fresh to summer!
Dangers of the Sun
The most common effects of the winter sun on skin are dry, age spots, spider veins, roughness, blotchiness and sagging skin.
The sun not giving out scorching temperatures that make you want to rock that awesome bikini doesn’t mean the sun is not there. And that is exactly what makes it even more dangerous.
Sun exposure is high in snowy conditions. So winter doesn’t mean we are better off and safe. In total fact, it is double the trouble. Below I will share with you a few tips to help you prevent yourself from sun hurt.

Eyes exposed to reflected sunlight develop snow blindness. Snow blindness is a condition whereby your eyes itch and includes extreme sensitivity to light. It is also a feeling of sand in the eyes.
