Billy The Queen the Kwaito Princess

Kwaito Female artist “The Princes” Billy the Queen real name is Zanele Joja. Was born and raised in Durban but originally from Eastern Cape.

I started a choir at school and church. Then in 2005 I did one single with a family group that was formed called the Katsi Girls that did kwaito music.

What inspired me was Lebo mathose and big nuz. I like to make people dance and to pass through the message..

I will be releasing actually I’m working on an album with quiet a few famous artist from Durban DJ mngadi, Emza , DJ Sox , DJ sonic, bhizer, max, professor and some producers known as csharp, neo, dust and njabulo.

My first single I released a few months back Indoda Yam feat DJ mngadi which was produced by Neo made big moves in local and national radio.

and I just recently released another one featuring DJ Sox , DJ Sonic titled Woza La this was produced by csharp

I’ll be releasing my album late September and people should just expect good music.
