DJ Zinhle denies consulting ancestors.
A weekly publication report claimed that “troubled” Zinhle planned to do traditional rituals to help her.
A source allegedly told the publication the DJ wanted to visit her hometown in Kwa-Zulu-Natal so that she could slaughter a cow or a goat.
Despite a flourishing career, DJ Zinhle has had a to deal with drama in her personal life over the past 19-months.
She broke up with rapper AKA after she allegedly discovered that he was cheating on her with Bonang Matheba.
The new man in her life, businessman Brendon Naidoo, was recently arrested, and charged with fraud.
When a Twitter user asked Zinhle about the report she accused the publication of lying
“No babe. I’m home with a crew filming a new reality show. I don’t have bad luck either. We all know that Move writes lies… Bad Luck?” she tweeted.
Zinhle also made fun of the claims.
“Anyway I need to get back to work. Can’t keep the crew & ancestors waiting.”
Bonang’s ex-boyfriend, DJ Euphonik, defended Zinhle on social media following the ritual claims.
“… even if she was there’s nothing wrong with embracing our culture,” he tweeted.
If DJ Zinhle is concerned about the bad luck in her life, maybe she will share her thoughts on the reality show she is working on
While it is unclear what the show is about, her fans are hoping she will be following in the footsteps of celebrities like Somizi, Uyanda Mbuli and Bonang with a reality show about her life.
