My perfect breakfast

Only a few people or homes stick to the breakfast is the most important meal of the day rule and it doesn’t only end there it is somehow a form of Art.
As a chef I have figured that as much as it is food you can’t just serve it you check its nutritional value ,quality ,quantity and presentation it could be a simple jam and butter sandwich given a fancy name sweet brioche ,what will sum it all out is how its served giving you the surprise of your life.
Each meal has it important nutritional components
Bread helps build strong bones and it is classified in different classes & it just depends on which one you using and it helps uneasy your metabolic system
Like wheat bread
Flat breads
Nun bread
Onions also have a great deal of health benefits like stimulating your nervous system, hair growth, lowers sugar levels and helps tackle halitosis.
Mushrooms are a great plant based substitution for meat if you prefer your breakfast without meat and they are high in protein too.
Cherry tomatoes are great for making your plate look edible have a great deal of vitamins and potassium.
Avocado Pear improves heart health, lutein an antioxidant that helps with good eye sight.
Poached eggs best eggs as they are cooked in low heat to retain its nutritional value and avoiding oxidation.
Béchamel Mother of all sauces and the best part about it it’s just a base that you can put in mushrooms to make a mushroom sauce, black pepper to make a black pepper sauce or cheese to turn it into a cheese sauce it is made out of 2 components roux and fresh milk for form this creamy sauce used to nappae it helps your food to never dry out
Quality and quantity also play a big role in all the meals we prep be it breakfast lunch or dinner ,always opt for fresh produce and always portion well a little of everything in a dish goes a long way .

Béchamel sauce 101
Put butter in a pan not much, pour flour to form a paste ball called a roux pour milk and stir with a whisker to kill lumps and form a sauce that you season according to what you’d love. Let it simmer until it’s as saucy and tasty .
