Thirteen top DJs confirmed for 2018 Time Square NYE Blockbuster Block Party.

 

Buoyed by the overwhelming response to the first edition in 2017, Time Square is bringing back the NYE Blockbuster Block Party to ring in the New Year on 31 December 2018. Bigger and bolder than last year, the 2018 NYE Blockbuster Block Party features 13 of South Africa’s top DJs with more still being lined up.

Confirmed for the blockbuster New Year party at the Sun Arena are Black Coffee, Euphonik, DJ Fresh, Black Motion, Lulo Café, DJ Reddy D, DJ Kent, Vin Deysel, Ayanda MVP (MC), Dino Bravo, Jullian Gomez, Chrizzy Beats and Shimza.

Partnering with Time Square to bring the massive NYE Blockbuster Block Party to Tshwane are MTV, MTV Base and 947. Tickets are available at Computicket and range in price from R399.

Fashioned along the lines of the world’s biggest New Year’s parties, Time Square South Africa’s bash will be an audiovisual spectacular of epic proportions. Blockbuster Block Party revellers are promised the ultimate experience at the Sun Arena at Time Square. The venue boasts an international award winning digital audio system for spectacular sound and acoustics, as well as a high definition, audiovisual system complete with large format LED screens. The design and layout of seating on two tiers deliver unobstructed views from all positions.

This year’s NYE Blockbuster Block Party will start at 18h00 on 31 December 2018 and continue until 06h00 on 1 January 2019. Revellers have access to the diversity of restaurants and bars within the casino complex.
